- What counts as a site?
- A place you are contracted to clean: a depot, a building, a layover. CleanCore is switched on per site inside the product, so the number of sites you have activated and the quantity on your subscription are the same number.
- Do you charge per cleaner, or per user?
- No. Pro and Enterprise include unlimited users. A cleaning contractor’s cost scales with the contracts they win rather than with the number of people they employ, and charging per seat would make it expensive to put the app in every cleaner’s hand — which is the thing that makes the evidence trail worth having in the first place.
- Do the prices include GST?
- No. Prices are quoted excluding GST, which is the convention for Australian business-to-business pricing, and GST is applied at checkout from your billing address. Pro at $149 per site per month is $163.90 including GST at 10%.
- What happens when the 14-day Pro trial ends?
- The trial is 14 days and is set on the subscription itself, so when it ends the subscription continues at the Pro rate for the sites you have active. Stripe is the source of truth for what you are charged: if a price on this page ever disagrees with your invoice, the invoice is right and this page is stale.
- What does the free Starter tier not do?
- Clean history kept for 30 days. No photographic evidence. No KPI or abatement engine. No client portal. It is enough to keep a real, defensible record of one site — not enough to run a contract you are abated against.
- When do I need Enterprise?
- Multi-depot operators, and anyone whose contract has an SLA in it. Single sign-on (SAML), API access and webhooks, Named support with response-time commitments, Data residency and retention to your policy.
- Is anything on this page not built yet?
- Yes, and it is labelled rather than hidden. 2 of the 30 capabilities are not in the product: statistical sampling with a stored seed is on the roadmap, and the customer raises their own non-compliance is on the roadmap. Each is badged wherever it appears, including in the matrix below and in the tier it belongs to.
