Book a demo

See CleanCore on a real depot

20 minutes, four logins, one contract over 3 sites — a bus depot, a head office and a layover. Real data in a demonstration organisation: nothing typed on the day, and no slides.

Or write to info@yarningcrescent.com.au. There is no form on this page because there is nowhere honest for it to post yet — an email reaches a person.

What you will see

The twenty minutes, in order.

It is the same walk-through every time, and it ends with the parts we have not built — said by us, before you have to ask.

  1. 1

"Was this bus cleaned last night, by whom, and is there a photo?"

The question the module was built to answer, and the one a depot manager asks at 06:00. Cleaned by, verified by, inspected by — each a named person, with the photographs and the mean interval between cleans.

    about 4 minutes

  2. 2

    The night’s board

Tonight’s tasks by bus: who is assigned, what is done, verified or awaiting rework, and the customer’s own ad-hoc requests waiting to be accepted or declined with a charge decision.

    about 3 minutes

  3. 3

    The KPI, and the abatement

The contract KPIs computed on the server, then the same month from the customer’s side of the portal — same figures, plus the worked sentence. Then we step back a month, to one the depot breached and the system priced against itself.

    about 5 minutes

  4. 4

    The customer’s own view

What happened last night and what needs them, in one screen — and what they are never shown: the cost of delivery, the charge stance, the cleaner’s identity beyond name and role.

    about 4 minutes

  5. 5

The field, and the safety gate

Signed in as a cleaner, we try to start a bus clean and are refused for an unsigned SWMS. Sign on, then start. Completing is refused the same way.

    about 4 minutes

What helps us prepare

None of it is required, and there is no qualification script. It just lets us open the screens that match your contract instead of the ones that match our slides.

  • How many sites or depots you are contracted for, and roughly how many cleaners.
  • What your contract actually measures — a quality KPI, an abatement regime, response times, or nothing formal yet.
  • Whether your customer wants a portal of their own, and what they must never see.
  • What you use today, and the one thing about it that costs you the most time.

Everything the demo shows is described on the CleanCore pages, including what is committed and what is only on the roadmap.
